1. General Principles
You must use FiwiMail® lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the Service in any way that harms others, violates the rights of third parties, or compromises the integrity, security, or availability of our infrastructure.
2. Prohibited Content
- Unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or invasive of another's privacy.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any material that exploits minors. Such content is reported immediately and the account is permanently terminated.
- Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or incites real-world violence.
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of any party.
- Contains malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code.
3. Prohibited Activities
- Sending unsolicited bulk email, spam, phishing, or any deceptive messaging.
- Forging headers, falsifying sender information, or impersonating any person or organization.
- Fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or financial deception of any kind.
- Operating a mailing list without verified opt-in consent from each recipient.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network.
- Denial-of-service, brute-force, port-scanning, or other attacks.
- Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of FiwiMail® systems without our prior written consent.
- Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially redistributing the Service without authorization.
- Any use of the Service that violates applicable laws or regulations.
4. Email Sending Limits
To protect deliverability for all customers, we enforce reasonable sending limits on each plan. Excessive sending, sudden volume spikes, high bounce rates, or elevated spam complaints may trigger temporary rate-limiting or account review. Customers expecting high-volume sending should contact us in advance.
5. Security Responsibilities
- Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.
- Promptly report any suspected unauthorized access to security@fiwimail.com.
- Do not share your account credentials with any other person.
6. Reporting Abuse
Report abusive, malicious, or spam email from a FiwiMail® address to abuse@fiwimail.com with full headers. We investigate every credible report promptly.
7. Enforcement
- Issue a warning.
- Throttle or temporarily suspend sending or account access.
- Remove or disable access to offending content.
- Suspend or permanently terminate the account.
- Cooperate with law enforcement and disclose information as required by valid legal process.
Serious violations — including CSAM, credible threats of violence, or coordinated attacks on our infrastructure — will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.
8. Appeals
If you believe enforcement action was taken in error, appeal by writing to appeals@fiwimail.com within 30 days. We review every good-faith appeal.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or via the Service. Continued use of FiwiMail® after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
